Together with single parents, One Parent Family Scotland co-designed an employment pathway shaped by real experiences, addressing barriers to accessing, staying in and progressing in work.  Grounded in co-production and whole family support, this approach is helping tackle poverty, remove barriers to sustainable employment and create more inclusive opportunities for single parents.

What Will Be Covered:

The session will explore:

• Co-designing single parent-friendly employment pathways
• Practical approaches to removing barriers to work and progression
• How this model could be scaled across other organisations and sectors

This may be particularly relevant for employers, employability organisations, public sector partners, HR professionals, workforce leads and anyone interested in inclusive employment.
