Brief Summary: This initiative gives working-age individuals with care experience the opportunity to discover the retail sector as a potential career path in partnership with John Lewis.

Participants will gain valuable job shadowing experience, develop vital employability skills in a dedicated interview workshop, and then have a live interview to apply their new knowledge in a realistic, supportive setting.
