Anti-racism training from Passion4Fusion – extended to JUFJ members

Brief Summary: The goal of the training is to learn, share, understand and get comfortable with talking about racism in our workplace and communities.

Start Date: 01/04/2026

This is a free event

Location: Edinburgh Printmakers 1 Dundee Street Edinburgh EH3 9FP

This free session will be tailored according to participants needs and interests which will be gathered from attendees on sign-up.

Who Is This For

No prior anti-racism training is required.

Anti-racism is not something you can complete, tick off, or be “trained in” during a single workshop. It is a long-term practice that requires ongoing learning, reflection, accountability, and organisational commitment.

This full-day session is designed to provide a starting point: building shared language, foundational understanding, and readiness for deeper anti-racist work.

Participants will explore racism as systemic, reflect on power and positionality, and begin to understand how harm can occur even without harmful intent. The day intentionally leaves questions open and unfinished – because meaningful anti-racist practice cannot be rushed.
