Grassmarket Community Project looking for Employability Partners

Brief Summary: Grassmarket Community Project is developing an Employability programme focusing on CV writing, job searching, workplace skills, confidence building, employee rights and wellbeing in the workplace. They're looking for partners who could deliver low-cost in-person workshop.

The Grassmarket Community Project is a social enterprise and charity that supports individuals aged 16+ from all backgrounds through weekly activities, events, and workshops. Their aim is to help members build confidence, develop new skills, and feel part of a supportive community within a trauma-informed environment that encourages positive change.

The sessions are designed to be entry-level, interactive, and shaped around the needs and interests of our learners through member feedback and suggestions. They would be either a one-off sessions or a short series of workshops, ideally starting in July. Sessions could be one or two hours long, or even run as a more informal drop-in session. There is an IT room with 12 desktop computers as well as projector facilities that can be used during sessions. Preferred times would be Tuesday mornings or afternoons but other times could work too.

Should anyone be interested in being involved in these sessions, or want more information, please contact Rebecca.
