FreshSight SpotLight: A National Conversation on Third Sector Talent

FreshSight’s second SpotLight event, a Convening of the Sector, will take place at Greyfriars Charteris Centre on the 25th May.

This session will present FreshSight’s new research on the third sector talent pipeline and succession planning in Scotland. A Panel and Speakers will discuss what the research results inform about how organisations attract and develop young talent, where gaps are emerging, and how leadership transitions are being managed.

SpotLight will include dedicated time for networking with attendees from across Scotland’s Third Sector, including third sector leaders and representatives from local authorities, government, and funding bodies. TSOs will host stalls to share their work and network with attendees.
