Brief Summary: You will be working to maximise Into Work’s influence on policy, to improve awareness and support for disabled people, neurodivergent people and those with long-term health conditions to gain and sustain employment and achieve financial security.

Salary: pro rata of £30,981 to 33,276 per annum (full time equivalent of 35.75 hours)

Contract Length: 2 Year Fixed Term (extension subject to funding)

Job Title: Policy & Public Affairs Lead 

Hours:  32 to 35.75 (full-time) hours per week.  Flexibility will be considered as will a job share arrangement 

Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term (extension subject to funding) 

Responsible to: Chief Executive  

Responsible for:  Marketing & Communications Officer 

Salary: pro rata of £30,981 to 33,276 per annum (full time equivalent of 35.75 hours) 

Location: Blended working model with office base at Norton Park, Edinburgh.  Anticipate 50% in-person work subject to meetings and events.  Option to work from home other days.
