Migration Policy Scotland is hiring peer researchers

Brief Summary: Migration Policy Scotland is recruiting a team of 12 peer researchers based in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Fife for their project Better Mixing: Supporting Scotland’s diverse future.

Peer researchers will receive full training and will conduct interviews and focus groups between April and December 2026. The team will include peer researchers with diverse backgrounds including: white Scots, Scots from an ethnic minority, people with lived experience of migration to Scotland.
