About the role: As a Key Worker you will support parents and young people (participants) to overcome their individual barriers and take positive next steps in achieving their goals.  You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local community support organisations, youth workers, local area coordinator teams and employers, to promote the programme and generate referrals to build your caseload.

The support you provide will be tailored to each participant based on their initial assessment and could include group interventions that you will facilitate in addition to one-to-one personalised activities. Where appropriate you may also be required to provide accredited learning and source work placements for your participants.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for training and supporting those with multiple complex needs, and ability to adapt your training and support methods to meet the diverse needs of participants.
