The Disability Services Advocacy Team are here to support with raising awareness of Disability Services benefits and grants.   

Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB) and Access to Work (AtW).

Please see below details of our general awareness sessions on the benefits and grants, and targeted upskilling sessions to further your knowledge in specific areas.

Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB)

24/03/2026

This awareness session covers what IIDB is, the eligibility criteria and then the whole customer journey from making a claim to receiving a decision. There will be Q&A at the end of the session.

Access to Work (AtW)

03/03/2026, 04/03/2026 and 18/03/2026

This awareness session covers what AtW is, what is can support with, eligiblity criteria and the customer journey. There will be opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.

Access to Work Payments Upskilling

31/03/2026

This session covers reasonable adjustments, the Health Adjustment passport (HAP), what Access to Work is, what it can fund, eligibility and how to complete claim forms. There will be opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
