City of Edinburgh Council Third Sector Grants Programme – invitation to join the steering group

Brief Summary: This is an invitation for third sector leaders to join the steering group being brought together to shape and design the Council’s new £2.5m per annum Third Sector Grants Programme. 

This is a grant programme established to fund third sector organisations and actions which support delivery of the Council’s priorities on prevention, early intervention and mitigation of poverty and its associated harms.  Over the next months, this steering group will guide a process of co-design with potential grant recipients to develop a detailed specification and set of eligibility criteria for the programme.

We would like to invite 3 third sector leaders to join the steering group for the programme, to work alongside colleagues from the Council, the Third Sector Interface, Capital City Partnership, the Robertson Trust, and the Poverty Alliance.  If you are interested in joining the steering group, or if you would like more information, please take a look at the attached and get in touch with us at policyandinsight@edinburgh.gov.uk using the subject title ‘Third Sector Grants Programme’.
